The Bandwidth/Internet Debacle Problem

First I want to apologize for the drop in bandwidth availability and want to thank you for you patience and support. I understand completely how frustrating it is to have this bandwidth problem and sometimes on a daily basis. I take it seriously and keep in contact with them everyday to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible. I strive to have no problems and as you are aware, up until this time rarely has their been a problem. Rates have not raised in 14 years and I try to obtain the best deal for bandwidth as possible for the good of us all.

We have enjoyed a good relationship up until January 2013 when service with the company at all levels got complicated. Personally I think it may be due to Time Warner getting bought out by Comcast, unfortunately that isn't a help. At first I was given a date of only two weeks, then it turned into 30 days and now we are beyond the 30 day period. They assure me that it will be done and done properly.

Due to multiple failures in the Time Warner company in their sales, engineering, provisioning and billing departments, they currently have no idea of what speed we are suppose to have, improper billing, equipment not capable to deliver the bandwidth I need or was being billed for and currently are looking to me to let them know what equipment they should be using. Unfortunately I have no access to their equipment inventory to begin to do their work. This resulted in a dispute which is at the heart of the problem. Basically they have been greedy, arrogant and unfair with their service and look to have a fair agreement.

The bandwidth I will have in place will allow different service levels to provide service to people who do not need the entertainment high bandwidth needs. This will allow us to offer a lower priced service level and is great for the email, youtube, facebook and your everyday browsing of information on the world wide web. A higher service level will be available for people who want to stream movies, download software, play online games such as xBox Live ( as long as they aren't being hacked and taken offline like they were as of late ). We have no limits at this time of the amount of gigabytes/data you download and haven't a plan to do so.

Again I want to thank you for your patience and support during this trying time period.
