
If you are NOT receiving email from an Avolve subscriber (or other domains hosted by avolve), there are a few things that you can check:
Check with whichever spam filtering system that you have that the person that you are supposedly receiving from is not a blocked sender or however it is called in your spam filtering system.
Check with your provider to see why the email from the Avolve subscriber is not passing through their spam filtering system for their mail server if they have one in place. Then relay that information back to Avolve so that we can see if the problem can be rectified.
